Disorienting Front
Stockholm University of the Arts, Dance Department.
2019 (English)Artistic output (Refereed)
Description [en]

This live performance is a study on how performers create and experience the physical concept of front through dis/orientation and facing. The text is drawn from a compilation of old dictionaries, science fiction, poetry and theoretical writings on performance, as well as personal experience and anecdotes. The choreographic parameters are determined by the specifics of each performance space. The text and performance were developed in the artistic research project Front, Facing and Dis/Orientation.
