Abstract [en]

What is the difference between what I see and what I experience/feel?

This work has been an attempt to develop myself as a dancer. I have worked with the internal and external, the difference between what I see and what I experience/feel. The internal vs. the external, the internal together with the external and the internal without the external. I wanted to find methods to develop and widening my movement language. The main thing that I have worked with is improvisation. To be able to be the viewer I have filmed myself dancing and improvising and then I have written about the experience afterwards. It has been important for me to keep the playfulness in the work.
