Abstract [en]

In her individual master project opera student Lovisa Wahlund Ferm explored different ways to express, enrich and bring meaning to coloratura passages in coloratura repertoire: to contextualize, create intentional narratives and give meaning to wordless singing.

This text is a personal reflection on her work process, different methods of theatrical and musical performance, and interpretations of coloratura in operatic repertoire.
