This essay investigates how AI (Copilot) can be used by a Technical production manager. The study is based on a case study during Fucking in Space involving 42 prompts. The results show that AI functioned as an administrative assistant and solved urgent issues, leading to increased time efficiency and clearer communication. Despite the 42 prompts generating carbon dioxide equivalent to 32.8 hours of breathing, the conclusion is that AI is a valuable tool that frees up time for active presence.
